All you have to do is DANCE with Curious George! {contest) #CuriousGeorgeMoms

I don’t know about you, but my kids LOVE watching their favorite monkey and the man with the yellow hat! What’s not to love? Curious George makes them laugh and the theme song gets us ALL bouncing! So when I found out that PBS Kids was sponsoring a DANCE CONTEST for kids to do their best dance to the Curious George theme song, I just had to spread the word!

Curious George Dance Contest

Why a dance contest? Well, for starters, it’s a great reason to get your kids OFF the couch and monkeying around!

Dancing promotes creativity.
Dancing strengthens emotional and social development.
Children are active learners.
Dancing promotes fitness.

Kids need to move, MY kids need to move. And since my kids aren’t exactly movers and shakers do to developmental delays, getting them active is that much more important. I can’t think of a better way to start my morning than to get Quincy on her feet (or in my arms) laughing and giggling to Curious George.

So what are you waiting for? Make sure the camera battery is charged, DOWNLOAD the Curious George theme song, get out your yellow hats and your dancing shoes and groove to Curious George! Have more than one child at home? Form a congo line, Curious George style!
