For those of you who know me, you know I am an advocate of babywearing. I think it just makes things so much easier! That being said, it’s a little embarrassing to admit to how many I have tried (and now own!)

I first saw the Cybex 2.Go Baby carrier, a colorful cross between a Baby Bjorn and Ergo last fall in Las Vegas at a trade show. The Cybex 2.Go is a versatile carrier for babies between 8-40 pounds, so you just have to buy one carrier. In addition, it offers 5 different carrying positions whether you wear your baby on your back, hip or front.

Developed in cooperation with midwives and orthopedists. The Cybex 2.Gos design places 70% of the weight distribution on your hips instead of your back and shoulders. With a few simple adjustments, the 2.Go can be manipulated to accommodate your growing baby. — with a simple unzip, the Comfort Fit seat converts into the spread-squat position that doctors recommend for infants. The zipper can also be closed to move the hips closer together for older children. The well-padded straps didn’t dig into my shoulders (a problem with a lot of carriers I have tried) and the removable bib made for easy laundering.

As a fashionable (ok most days) Maven, I love that the Cybex 2.Go comes in some really beautiful colors: Chili, Purple, Slate, and Indigo. I also love that the front carry also accommodates forward facing, which was great for my toddler. The flexibility was great!

The Cybex 2.Go is a trim and sleek looking carrier, easy to put on and adjust. I was thrilled to be able to try it out, and the Chili color of the carrier they sent me is just SO PRETTY!

If you are searching for an all around great carrier, be sure to check out the Cybex 2. Go. They make a lot more than just baby carriers, so be sure to check out the whole website. (I oohed and aaahed over their push chairs when I saw them too!)
