Life is a Picnic Pack (and sometimes a box of chocolates)

Are you ready for Earth Day next week?

I was so excited to receive a “Life is a Picnic Pack” from the other day. What’s a Picnic Pack you say? Green Toys, one of our favorite sponsors is participating, along with 4 other outstanding earth-friendlly brands in a fun limited edition pack for Earth Month.

Just for Earth Month each pack is priced at a 25% discount and profits from the sale of the kit will be donated to the non-profit Healthy Child Healthy World. (who happen to be another one of our favorite sponsors)

The Life is a Picnic Pack seems to have something for everyone! It includes:
*(1) 40 ct CleanWell Hand Sanitizer Wipes Original Scent
*(1) Green Toys™ BPA-Free Snack Bowls (4 per pack)
*(1) Green Toys™ BPA-Free Feeding Spoons (8 per pack)
*(1) White Chocolate Macadamia Luna Bar
*(2) Fabkins Organic Cloth Napkins African Safari Design
* Plum Organics(1) Mish Mash (1) Super Puffs (flavors will vary)

Here is my box:

Life is a Picnik Pack

I don’t know what I was most excited about – the Snack bowls and feeding spoons from Green Toys – which are are made in the USA from 100% recycled plastic milk containers – so they are BPA FREE! We’re already fans of Green Toys in our house, so I was really excited about getting some dishes for Quincy. The spoons are the perfect size for her to manipulate.

Plum Organics makes portable baby food that puts those old jars to shame. Now, I normally like to make my own, but I love the convenience of the Mish Mash (Which I can easily toss in my diaper bag) and the Super Puffs are awesome for helping Quincy learn her pincher grasp! AND NO ARTIFICIAL FOOD DYES!

I love that the Fabkins are included too. I want MORE of them. It’s such a nice way to teach Sebby (And eventually Quincy) about re-use! And they are soooo cute too! The little animals embroidered on them are adorable and they are very much Sebby’s not Mommy and Daddy’s napkins!

The hand santizer wipes by CleanWell are going in the car in my oh my goodness you’ve made a colossal mess kit. Super handy to have and not full of a bunch of questionable chemicals. Perfect!

Which leaves the Luna Bar. What can I say? It was delicious. Excuse me as I wipe the crumbs off my mouth. ☺

ps… bonus points for, they sent me my kit in a recycled box from Green Toys. I have to give them kudos for that!

Disclosure: I was provided a complementary “Life is a Picnik Pack” for the purpose of this review. I was not compensated for this post and the opinion here is my own.
