The Must-Own Movie For The Entire Family Debuts on Blu-ray ™ Combo Pack, Digital and On-Demand March 20, 2012

First we saw it in theaters, than we waited and waited for the release of The Muppets on Blu-ray and DVD, and it’s here! It’s here! Oh were we excited to watch The Muppets! If you remember from my review last fall, we had to leave the theater early so we were left in suspense to how this movie full of nostalgia and family fun ended.
Muppets Wocka Wocka

When 3 muppet fans learn that Tex Richman wants to drill under the muppet theater for oil Gary, Mary and Walter set out to find the muppets who have been split up for years so that they can put on one last show and save the muppet theater. Kermit now lives in his own mansion depressed in Hollywood, Gonzo is a high class plumber at Gonzo’s Royal Flush, Fozzie performs with a tribute band called The Moopets , Miss Piggy is the plus-size fashion editor at Vogue Paris, and Animal is at a celebrity anger management rehab center in Santa Barbara.

I grew up watching The Muppets, and I love having this new movie as part of our family collection. It’s full of humor and fun that both kids and adults will enjoy! In case you missed it in theaters, here’s a sneak peek:

Watching The Muppets will bring back lots of childhood memories, it’s the perfect movie for a rainy day or any day! I’m really excited too, because I get to share The Muppets with one of my amazing readers!
