Thanks to my local Haggen store for sponsoring this Everyday Gourmet recipe for baked brie!
Life is hectic. Any parent will tell you that. If not, they are not telling the truth. I love food, but I also love easy. A delicious baked brie? Yes please. It’s a bonus that it’s an appetizer with five ingredients. You heard me. FIVE. Five simple ingredients!
Baked brie has been a go to recipe for me for years, mostly because I really love cheese, but also because it makes me feel fancy. Who doesn’t like to feel fancy?
I include nuts in my baked brie recipe, but you can leave them out. Other ideas include using pears instead of apples. It’s also delicious spread on fresh crusty bread.
