Rainy days call for Soup Bowls from Annie Chun’s!

A few weeks ago, I posted about an Annie Chun’s giveaway. Since then, they sent me some samples of their yummy products to try. I’ve been fighting a cold for a few days and after waking up to yet another rainy day (hello winter in Seattle) their Vietnamese Pho seemed like an easy choice for lunch.

Annie Chun’s Soup Bowls come in their own bowls (which are made from corn, so they biodegrade!), with everything you need to make a delicious and easy meal. My Pho came with noodles, beef broth and a seasoning packet. You can just add water and microwave, or you can add boiling water, cover for about 2 minutes, stir and done!

I chose to add boiling water to my bowl, and impatiently waited two minutes to eat my lunch. It smelled sooo good!

Annie Chun’s also sent us some other flavors of their Soup Bowls, including a Pad Thai. I can’t tell you personally how it tasted, but my husband devoured it within a few minutes. Hmmm. He also sampled the seaweed snacks, Feedback? I got a text that they were “darn good”

Suffice to say, I thought the Pho was delicious. I was surprised for how easily it was to make, and how tasty it was. I’ll definitely be adding these to my grocery cart on my next trip to the store. Being able to prepare the meals in their own bowls also makes it a winner for my husband to take to work.

The Annie Chun’s website offers a listing of their products and lots of delicious recipes! You should check it out!

Annie Chun’s provided me with samples for the purpose of this review. I was not monetarily compensated for this post and the opinions here are my own.
