The latest in interactive gaming – Sifteo Cubes

This summer at BlogHer I learned about a cool new way to enjoy interactive gaming – Sifteo Cubes. I finally got to experience them first hand, in my own home. Let me tell you, these are FUN. And strangely addictive. I don’t want to admit to how long my husband and I played Chroma Splash, one of the included games last night.

My kids are a little too young for Sifteo Cubes, but Sebby, who has Autism and is almost 5 still took an interest in them. He’s so tactile and the cubes are perfect because they are so interactive. He kept calling them “Mommy’s Cubes” which was really cute. I think as we continue to play with him and the Sifteo Cubes he’ll really get the hang of them. I’m hoping Cube Buddies will be a favorite – lots of faces and new friends to be made!

I love that the Sifteo Cubes come with their own little travel bag, it makes them easy to toss them in another bag and go – can you say entertainment at other people’s houses during the holidays and beyond!? Love it! Not to mention there are NO cartridges to lose because you download everything to the Sifteo base.

There are lots of cool games to play on Sifte0 Cubes – and you might even recognize an old favorite character – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! Totally fun Turtle Power! We’ve had hours of fun and we’ve only had them a few days! I think it’s going to be a great addition to our family game night!

How Sifteo Cubes Work

Sifteo Cubes respond to your moves. Place Sifteo Cubes side-by-side or top-to-bottom and watch them interact for totally unique gameplay. You can also shake, tilt, flip and press cubes for endless combinations. Depending on the game, Sifteo Cubes are designed for single or multiple player . Expand your play possibilities by downloading more games (using the Sifteo Desktop Software on your Mac or PC) and adding additional cubes. It’s that easy.
