Tackling the summer time home improvements #HomeManagementOnline #ad

We bought our house two years ago, (like pretty much exactly) and since then, the projects have been never ending. I’m making my list of summer time home improvements I hope to tackle, and it’s daunting, both in the list and the budget.

Summer time home improvements slated for 2014

a.) A new roof over the main house.

b.) Replace the front porch

c. New hot tub and paver deck

d.) Back deck for hot tub (if budget allows)

e.) Swingset/play area for kids (ordered and set for delivery in June)

I’d like to think I am a list maker, but sometimes those pieces of paper disappear or it’s hard to manage. HomeZada helps me keep my list of summer home improvement projects all in one place.

It’s going to be really helpful. I’m able to set my budget and update the costs as I hire contractors. I can create shopping lists and show actual purchases. Which means I just might be able to stick to some sort of a budget.
