Last night I headed down to Federal Way WA. It’s about 30 miles but when you add in Seattle traffic it’s about an hour drive. Not really my thing.
But it was worth it. See, I was headed to Vince’s Restaurant to join the lovely Kat of Mama Kat’s Losin It and other Seattle area bloggers like Kiara from Bucheler Beat and Ashley from Life as Ashlet for a fun Italian dinner. Oh, and a Graco Safety event. (Hey,in my defense, about half of the women there were pregnant, so of course our focus was food!)
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, not reading my recent posts or following me on Twitter, you know I’ve been talking A LOT about this new infant car seat from Graco, the SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40.
The one that has 8 recline postions.
The ONLY one that takes your baby from 4 to 40 pounds.
The one that has a one hand adjustable harness.
The one that follows the American Academy of Pediatrics recommendation to keep your child rear facing for 2 years.
The one with the super cool kick plate to keep the back of your seats clean.
The one that’s under $220.
The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™40.
The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™40 is available EXCLUSIVELY at Babie’s R Us and currently comes in two different fashions: Mena, which is all pink and girly, and Moonstruck, which is more gender neutral.
Needless to say we ate well and learned about a really terrific car seat! I’m excited to try the one we all took home (Thanks Graco!!) when my new little one arrives in March!
Disclosure: The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40 – the first and only newborn to two-year infant car seat that actually grows with your baby from four pounds all the way up to 40 pounds. The car seat is designed for a parent on the go. The infant car seat can be easily removed from the base and used as a carrier when the infant is small, providing portability and convenience so you can easily move your infant in and out of the car without disturbing them.
The American Academy of Pediatrics recently made the recommendation to keep all children in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2. Graco set out to make this product so parents can keep infants rear facing longer while still keeping them comfortable.
