I’ve been challenged.
The challenge is to make a home-cooked meal every day, for 30 days using a Philips Airfryer.
To facilitate this challenge, I’ve been sent a Viva Collection Digital Airfryer. The Airfryer uses Rapid Air Technology, and fries, bakes, roasts and grills with a tablespoon or less of oil making it a perfect solution for fast and healthy meals and snacks.
I don’t know if I’m going to come up with 30 recipes, more likely that I’ll find 10-12 favorites to rotate around for the month. Who knows how ambitious I might be. There are a lot of really tasty looking options in the Airfryer recipe book.
There are obvious things like french fries and onion rings. Then of course the bacon wrapped shrimp. Because bacon. Or how about pigs in a blanket (because y’all know I like those.) Moving past snacks are recipes like cornish hen or grilled cheese… but what I’m really the most excited to try? The recipe for vanilla souffle. Seriously. Challenge accepted!
