If you’ve ever had a little one push a stool up to the counter to help you bake cookies, or climb precariously on a chair to work on an art project, you’ve probably experienced some tears, bumps and bruises. Sure, that comes with childhood and growing up.

There is also a solution. We had the chance to try out the Learning Tower by Little Partners. Some of you may look at it and say “that’s just a fancy schmancy step-stool.” Let me assure you it is so much more than that.! It has an adjustable platform (4 different heights!) for the kids to stand on, a wide base to prevent tipping, and is semi-enclosed on all four sides so that little ones have less of a chance of falling off/out. And get this – it can support up to 500 pounds, so it doubles as a safe step stool for mom and/or dad!

So what does the Learning Tower do? First of all, it’s a safe way for your children to help you with your kitchen activities, whether they are watching or assisting, they will feel like they are helping! The tower allows them to be at counter height – no more tippy chairs! What a great way to LEARN!

The Learning Tower is more than a stool! Our little testers also discovered that the Learning Tower can be used as a stage for a puppet show with the playhouse kit or they can create art with the easel attachment! There is even a cloth drape so you can turn your Learning Tower into a secret fort! What’s even better is that TWO children can safely use the Learning Tower at the same time. The Learning Tower is the ONLY safety stool rated by the manufacturer for children as young as 18 months.

The Learning Tower was easy to put together – and it’s sturdy. As we mentioned, it’s height adjustable, so it grows with your child. The tower is also available in a number of different colors/finishes, so you can find the perfect one to suit your style!
