I don’t know about you, but I hate those sink and counter top bathtubs. They hurt my back, were bulky and you really weren’t supposed to put more than a few millimeters of water in them (so it seemed) so when I saw the TummyTub, I was more than excited! So so much easier on my back!

Not only does the TummyTub use less water, take up less room and make it much easier to bathe your baby – it has a life after baby. Storing bath toys, washing cars etc… PLUS, it’s Phthalate, BPA and lead free. The transparent sides allow you to see your baby at all angles. So cool! Did I mention how easy it was to clean too? No weird corners or crevices, just dump and rinse! I love the natural sponge they sent me too, it made scrubby time fun and I knew I wasn’t subjecting my little guy to any weird dyes or fibers from the washcloth!

The original TummyTub is a unique womb-shaped and sized bath that eases babys transition from a familiar, safe place to an unknown world. Enormously popular in Europe, this alternative to the standard baby bath makes bath time stress-free for babies and parents alike!

The TummyTub, which first debuted in 1996 has gone through stringent safety testing by the STR in the USA and UK. The safety tests in the USA are particularly stringent due to the number of compensation claims after accidents. The TummyTub passed all of these tests.

It’s safe for babies and toddlers up to age three or 35 pounds! You can even use it to wash your preemies – the unique design allows you to easily support your baby with one hand while you wash them with the other.

I can’t say enough good things, but before you go buy a baby tub for your little one or a shower gift, check out the TummyTub! Make sure you check out their YouTube channel too! http://www.youtube.com/user/tummytubusa I know I will adding the stool to my baby registry to make bathtime that much easier on me!
