Put down the fork and stop relying on lettuce and dressing for your summer dinner! Seriously folks. It’s about time to think about going outside the box and go beyond simple salad recipes and give some life back to your favorite salad dressing with this bacon avocado pizza. You OWE your dressing that much. This is a sponsored post.

This quick bacon avocado pizza takes just minutes!

On a recent trip to Walmart, I picked up some of my favorite dressings from Kraft, Classic Ranch and Zesty Italian with some new summer recipe ideas in mind. I’m a regular calorie kind of girl, but Kraft smartly makes their pourable dressings in regular, lite or fat-free calorie options. That means there is something for everyone.

So why would I use Kraft Pourables in a recipe? Well, they’ve have been reinvented with a new, better taste! The Classic Ranch, which is the inspiration for my pizza is now creamier, with more buttermilk and savory herbs. Yummy right? And the Zesty Italian has even more herbs & spices!

When I told my husband I was planning on making a bacon avocado pizza he got all excited about making pizza dough. You know, ME making pizza dough. I reminded him there was this thing called time and energy and that it was pretty likely most of you wouldn’t want to make your own pizza dough either.

Bacon Avocado Pizza with Kraft Creamy Ranch

This delicious bacon avocado pizza starts with small premade crusts. I used the Boboli brand, but you can use whatever you’d like. Then, instead of a tomato sauce, I used my Kraft Pourables in Classic Ranch. Brilliant right? I added a healthy crumbling of bacon (like a bunch) and topped it with some Kraft shredded cheese. I baked it in the oven until the cheese was good and melty. Once out, I let it cool for the tiniest bit and topped that bad boy with avocado, fresh grape tomatoes, cilantro and MORE CLASSIC RANCH.

Total delish!

For good measure I also made some deviled eggs. I used a traditional recipe and just swapped out the mustard for some zesty Italian dressing. It’s an easy swap and a fun way to give a new flavor to a favorite snack of mine.

My oldest son always dips his pizza in Ranch dressing…I don’t know why I never thought to just use the dressing as the sauce. Would love for you to share on this on Merry Monday link party.
