Deviled eggs with bacon are my favorite party food. Bacon and eggs. Total yum. The problem with bacon deviled eggs is that I have zero self control when it comes to eating them. So while it’s tempting to boil a dozen eggs to make an extra large batch, it probably isn’t the best idea.

If you’re taking your eggs on the go, here are 4 ways to transport your deviled eggs. All of these take a little bit of creativity, because unless you’re using a container specifically meant for eggs, they might not be the perfect fit.
Deviled egg carriers
You probably remember your grandmother’s Tupperware version. They do still exist, and they’re still party ready. If you take fancy deviled eggs to parties, they are worth the investment.
Set the assembled eggs in muffin tins. Place one deviled egg half per cup and cover with plastic wrap. Bonus points if your muffin tin is festive looking.
Reusable egg cartons
Arrange your eggs halves in a plastic egg carton and pipe in the filling, then cover. For some fun, serve with the tops cut off and standing upright instead of horizontal and halved right out of the carton.
Assemble them at party
Worried about the eggs making the trip? You can always put the halved egg whites in an airtight container. Put the filling in a ziploc bag. When you get to the party, arrange the egg whites on a platter, then snip off a corner of the filling bag and pipe on the filling. Top with bacon and chives of course.

6 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Carefully peel 6 hard boiled eggs and slice them in half length wise, removing the yolks. Mash hard-boiled egg yolks, yogurt, spicy brown mustard, lemon juice, and paprika with a fork. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Fold in chopped chives and crumbled cooked bacon.
