While the Pantry Challenge meant pizza from the freezer for dinner, I wanted to do something with the s'more fixins I had in my cabinets for dessert. But I wanted more than just throwing some marshmallows and chocolate bars in the microwave. I remember seeing what I can only presume is a Pampered Chef recipe on Pinterest for S'more Croissants and I thought I'd give it a try.
These little s'mores desserts are super easy and you probably have everything you need to make them. Check out my Amazon links for ingredients that you can order for your pantry so you always have the supplies on hand. You know you want to. Hehe
Easy S'mores Pockets
Ingredients:
Refrigerated Croissants (like the Pillsbury ones)
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (reg chocolate will be way too sweet here)
Mini Marshmallows, though I used full sized ones and chopped them up
Crumbled graham crackers (I put some in a plastic baggie and broke them up by hand)
Simply separate your refrigerated croissants into the muffin pan, and sprinkle your s'mores fixings on top. Fold over the croissants and place in a preheated oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes, remove from pan and enjoy!
You can shop my Amazon link for a square brownie pan like I used above, or you can get them from Pampered Chef or a few other places I'm sure. I've made so many things in this pan, I really love it.
Let me tell you, it's a good thing I only had one can of croissant rolls in my refrigerator because oh my goodness! But that doesn't mean I won't be making s'mores in the microwave. 🙂
