I have this spinach dip recipe that is so good, it gets me re-invited to family dinners. Except that I'm not a member of the family of the house I'm going to. True story. I went a to a friend's moms house two years in row for Thanksgiving because they love my spinach dip (and me too). It's creamy, cheesy and oh so delicious and it's really easy to make. And it just got easier to make. I used to mix it by hand, but now, I make it in my new food processor, the Hamilton Beach Stack & Snap that was sent for review..
First off, I'm in love with this new food processor. It's so easy to use, so easy to clean, so easy to store. The cord storage is fantastic. A blade that doesn't fall out when you dump the contents (a huge pet peeve not to mention safety issue). The dishwasher safe parts are a nice perk, but perhaps my favorite is you literally just stack and snap the components. No twisting to lock, nothing. Which, is brilliant.
And the fact that it makes making my spinach dip an absolute breeze makes it a total win in my book. Spinach dip is one of my go to holiday potluck recipes. It's always a crowd pleaser.

I really love this recipe- I have a thing for dips, which is pretty much the specialty of most food processors when you think about it. Looks good, tastes good, I should only make sure to adjust the desirability according to whose party I'm attending!
