With summer around the corner, I’ve been wanting to try some easy recipes for parties and potlucks. When I say easy, I’m talking only a few ingredients and less than 15 minutes to make. This Chocolate Cheesecake Dip recipe fits the bill, and it might even take you less than 15 minutes to devour it too. I call that a win.
Chocolate Cheesecake Dip
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
3/4 cup Chocolate Spread of your choice
Directions
In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Do not whip too long or you will end up with butter.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip cream cheese and powdered sugar, about 1 minute until smooth. All I do is swap out the beaters on my Hamilton Beach hand mixer. Super easy.
Add chocolate spread and blend until well combined. Add half of the whipped cream and gently fold mixture until almost blended then add remaining whipped cream and mix until combined.
Serve with your favorite fruit (mine is strawberries) and graham crackers. If you want to get really fancy you can put fruit on a skewer stick for “easier” dipping.
Store remaining dip in a covered container in the refrigerator. I totally won’t judge you if you crack that baby open at 2am and eat it with a spoon. Not at all.
