I have a lot of kitchen appliances. So many in fact that I have an "overflow" storage shelf in my basement that I rotate the kitchen tools in and out as needed. What Is Multo?

I personally think that's pretty awesome because it's going to help me use up some of the things I have in my pantry!

What can Multo do?
Multo takes the hassle and grind out of cooking. It can cook, weigh, chop, sauté, knead, steam, boil, whisk, mix, emulsify, grate, and grind. Dinner just got easier. Way easier. Whether you are making macaroni and cheese, or steaming shellfish, the Multo can handle it.
The unique guided cooking function has step by step recipes that allows the device to help you cook, one step at a time. This even includes guiding you through weighing ingredients, adding things at the right times, and keeping track of when your dish is complete. I love that the guided cooking can allow my kids to help in the kitchen easily, by following along on the easy to read screen.
The Multo Smart Kitchen Hub
The Smart Kitchen Hub is the primary way you control your Multo. It's a dedicated tablet you can take with you anywhere in the house, which makes it easy to keep track of your cooking. So yes, you can start a recipe and take the Smart Kitchen Hub to the couch to watch a movie. The large touchscreen display is easy to keep clean and has a jog dial for messy kitchen fingers. The tablet, charged via USB-C lasts 6 hours under normal use.

Unboxing the Multo is easy, there are step by step instructions on the box. Once I got the cooking unit out of the box, my cats insisted the box was for them! Too funny! I wish I had gotten video of them in the box.

Setting up your Multo
Setting up the Multo was tricky for me, but only because of space. I have a dated 1940s kitchen with countertops and cabinets not suited for modern appliances like the Multo.
The main unit has a footprint of approximately 10 inches wide by 15 inches deep and 15 inches tall. At 15 pounds, you wont want to move it around much. You will want to have good air circulation for your Multo and never ever put it on a cooktop.
If you don't have the appropriate counter-space, consider a dedicated sturdy kitchen cart or placing the Multo on a kitchen island. Right now my Multo is still on my countertop, and I pull it out for use, but I'm going to have to figure out a new cart pretty soon, since a kitchen remodel is not in the cards right now.
Using the Multo
I recommend browsing the recipes and getting familiar with all of the included accessories before using Multo for the first time. This will allow you to be more familiar with the guided cooking process and that your first recipe will be a delicious success!
I'm still learning how to use the Multo myself, it's definite interesting learning how to use an appliance that does so much of the work for me. I may have a problem giving up control in the kitchen. I think the Multo knows that. HA! I do appreciate how EASY it is though, so stay tuned for me sharing some of the recipes I've learned. I'm pretty excited about it as I've barely scratched the surface of all of the things I can do with this advanced multi-cooker.
