    kids waiting for school

Since becoming a parent my fears have changed. In fact, the moment my oldest was born with respiratory distress my fear list began. It’s grown, and some fears change, but many will remain as long as I am a parent.

What are some of the things to worry about as a parent?

    They’ll get sick.
    I’ll get sick.
I’ll have to explain what they see on the news.
Their best friend forever will be a bad influence.
I’ll make the wrong decision for them.
I should let them stay up past bedtime more.
I let them stay up past bedtime too often.
They miss me when I go on work trips.
They don’t understand cookies aren’t dinner.
    They play too much Minecraft.
    They aren’t happy enough,
    I have too many rules.
    I don’t have enough rules.

We just worry we aren’t doing things right. In addition to all of those things, we worry about finding high-quality and trustworthy caregivers.

Predictim can help you learn more about the caregivers for your children.

Regular background checks don’t give you a full picture of who you hire. The nanny your friend raves about may actually have undesirable traits neither of you know about. It’s easy to read reviews, call references or hire your friend’s favorite nanny. The typical caregiver apps and services people use today allow families to search for and find help, but they do not offer a full picture of an individual with just their simple review processes. It’s not enough.

A person’s posts on social media can say a lot about them, and that’s something that a routine background check won’t cover. Reading a handful of Facebook posts and Tweets isn’t enough. Predictim is the world’s only AI startup to harness the power of social media data and a digital footprint to help people make better informed hiring decisions.

Predictim, a startup participating in the elite Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator, has launched the world’s first AI technology to draw targeted insights on an individual through an analysis of their social media footprint.

    Predictim is easy to use.

Step One: Enter your caregivers name and email, and your payment information.
Step Two :Predictim will reach out to your caregiver to gain consent.
Step Three: A report will be generated.
Step Four: You will get an email when the report is ready.

I experienced Predictim for myself, entering our favorite sitter’s information. I received her sitter report in minutes. I wasn’t surprised by the results at all.

I was of course, curious to compare her report to mine. I’m very low risk, like our dear sitter, but I’m guessing my snark and bluntness got me that score of two for bad attitude.

With Predictim, it takes away that last lingering fear of finding the right person to care for our children. A small price to pay for peace of mind.
