This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and Cottonelle, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #CottonelleTarget  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

When my friend Beth asked on Facebook for Halloween party games that could be played at her 7 year old son's birthday party the usually games were thrown out: apple bobbing, pumpkin decorating etc.

I thought for a minute and then said something like "What about mummy your mommy?" The idea being that they kids would use Cottonelle toilet paper to wrap around the Moms at the party.  I thought it would be a great way to get moms and kids involved in a fun activity together.  The question is, would the kids agree?

I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Halloween Party Games: Mummy Your Mommy

First you'll want to pass out the toilet paper. I recommend Cottonelle Triple Roll, which you can find at Target. If you're going to be wrapping your Mommy as a Mummy you want toilet paper that's strong, with lots of sheets.

    Halloween Party Games

We handed out 12 rolls of toilet paper and let the Halloween party games begin!

A little tuck to get things started and they were off.

    Wrapping toilet paper with precision

The kids took wrapping the toilet paper very seriously.

    Mummifying Mommies

    Very very seriously.

I made the mistake of trying to grab the girls as they wrapped me. They retaliated by wrapping me tighter. Did I mention layers of toilet paper are quite warm and cozy? Who knew?

    Toilet papering kids

Why let the Mommies have all the fun, let's wrap the birthday boy too!

The finished project! Didn't they do a great job? I don't think kids ever had this much fun wasting toilet paper!

Want to Mummy your Mommy? Or just pick up some Cottonelle Triple Roll toilet paper?

How fun! Most of the time we're busy telling the kids to not unroll half the roll of t.p., so I'll bet this was extra-fun for them, feeling like they're getting to do something they're not really supposed to do!

My kids would love to do this to me. I remember when in my younger days around 8 or 9, doing this at a halloween party but we used duct tape on our teacher.. This idea is much much better and alot less painful. 🙂

We did this at a party and it was timed. It is amazing just how fast you can get it off the roll! This is great that the kids had so much fun and were involved too!
